WOW! We cannot begin to say thank you enough for sending Jetts out in good fashion! Your love for Jetts was shown time and time again when you shared your special memories or got a little teary-eyed thinking about all that Jetts has meant in your life. The kindness you showed to all of us whether it was your kind words or special gifts, flowers or food – we cannot thank you enough! Special thanks goes to our employees – Carol (she has put up with us for 12yrs), Heather (our “media specialist”) & our “newbie” of 2 yrs., Lisa. Thanks also to all our former employees that made our past 35 years possible – yes, every one of you that ever worked here with special recognition to Mary Ronda for her devotion and sales skills for over 30 years. We also thank all of the businesses up and down Main Street, past and present, that have worked together to help keep Anthony alive and active – Jetts would not have lasted 105 years without a strong Main Street. We played just a small part in that long history, but we were so very happy to have been given that opportunity 35 years ago to carry on the Jetts tradition as being the “heart of Anthony”. Our forever appreciation for this opportunity goes to the Farmer Family for selling us their beloved Jetts and to Mel & Synda Kitts & Charles Masner for helping make it possible. (This whole journey has been God’s plan for us-something that we never envisioned) Finally, we feel just like Sally Fields on Oscar night when she said – “You Liked Me, You Really, Really Liked Me” – and for that we will be forever grateful! Jim & Sherrie Eaton
Watch for the opening of Squash Blossom Boutique on October 17!
We Want to Wish Maria, Katie & Caitlynn Good Luck In their New Business – The Squash Blossom Boutique – which will be opening soon in the former Jetts location (the Olmstead Building) – We want to thank them for their commitment to maintaining and helping Main Street in Anthony to keep thriving. We know good things are “in store” for them and those of you who will shop with them!
